We had a fabulous day – we could see Mount Fuji all day…made new friends…to return to cook together again!
Today we learned to make tamagoyaki or Japanese omelettes. First Elizabeth demonstrated and then we tried it with close tutelage. She made it look easy.
We had a miso and vinegar tasting and learned how to properly prepare sencha.
I had ambitious plans to blog every day in Japan and have failed. At the end of the day, it’s all I can do to get our photos downloaded from our cameras and backed up. So I’ve lowered the bar and will post an iPhone photo a day. I have three days of catching up to do.
